DIVE DESTINATION GUIDE
The massive rift at Silfra, Iceland, allows for a very unique type of dive, cruising through the gap between the North American and Eurasia tectonic plates. Visibility can frequently exceed 330 feet (100m). Divers from around the world head to Silfra just to do this dive. Thingvellir National Park's underwater landscape is so unique that it has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Kleifarvatn Lake is another unique give, a geothermal hot spring, only a thirty-minute drive from Reykjavík. The smell of sulfur and even the taste is quite intense, however the dive is extremely soothing and therapeutic for your skin.
