Less than 1% of people will ever become scuba divers, so you're part of an elite few who choose to underwater explorers. It is not surprising that it isn't always easy to find dive buddies.

The good thing is that it doesn't take much, and then most scuba divers are pretty much obsessed with scuba diving. You'll find dive clubs, groups for divers, and local dive shops all over the planet.
